SHIPPING COSTS
Items are usually shipped with Hoekstra Sneek. The shipping method and rates vary depending on the total weight of the order.
We have seven rates:
- Letterbox parcel (€4.75)
- Standard parcel service (€7.25)
- Double parcel (€19.50)
- Small pallet (€65)
- Large pallet (€115)
- Shipments larger than a pallet (€175)
Free shipping for orders of €6,500 (excluding VAT) or more.
Shipping rates are based on weight.
We charge a €50 surcharge for delivery with a truck mounted forklift
DELIVERY TO THE WADDEN ISLANDS
Different rates apply for delivery to the Wadden Islands. Please contact one of our staff members to discuss the options.
DELIVERY TIME
We deliver 99% of our range within one business day, provided you order before 2:00 PM.
If you have ordered multiple items, the delivery time of the item with the longest lead time will be used. This way, you always receive a complete delivery in one go.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
For 99% of our range, if you order before 2:00 PM, your order will leave our warehouse the same day. You will receive a confirmation. If you wish, we can send you a text message 30 minutes before arrival with the correct arrival time.
PICKUP
You can also collect your order from our location in Sneek, so you can pay for it on-site. We offer the option of paying by PIN. We will contact you when your order is ready.
RETURN POLICY
Items delivered by us can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition, along with a copy of the relevant invoice, and without stating a reason.
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
If the items are unused and have been returned correctly and on time, we will refund the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs, to the account number we have on file for you as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the items. If you have ordered multiple products and wish to return all or part of them, the shipping costs incurred for the original delivery will not be credited. Additional shipping costs are not reimbursable. If the items delivered by us are not returned within the approval period, they are considered accepted by you without any objection.
RETURN PAYMENT COSTS
If you return the shipment yourself, you are responsible for providing sufficient postage for the shipment. When we retrieve your shipment, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the credit note.
INCORRECT DELIVERY OR DAMAGE
If the wrong items were delivered or the delivery is damaged, please contact us for proper handling. After assessment, the return costs and any replacement deliveries will be covered by us.
